I was invited to study Niemeyer’s only work on Portuguese Territory, a hotel in Funchal, Madeira. Through Photography and Sketching, published in the book A Niemeyer is always a Niemeyer, the full picture of the complexity and harmony of the building is more visually and holistically explained.
